The Manor House is situated on Market Street in the town of Ferryhill in County Durham on the A167. Ferryhill is close to the A1 with both junctions 60 and 61 providing easy access to the town. The A167 used to be the main road many years ago prior to the building of the news A1, and provides a direct route through to Durham and further North, and Darlington to the South.
